INGREDIENTS
250g ripe strawberries, hulled
1 cup desiccated coconut
3/4 cup traditional oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons acai powder (optional)
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 1/2 tablespoons desiccated coconut to coat
METHOD
Place strawberries in food processor and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until finely chopped and mixture blends together.
Roll mixture into balls and coat in remaining desiccated coconut.
