We offer free postage for all orders within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International Orders are charged at a flat rate of $35 an item (package).
*These charges are on are based on a 3kg package, variations will apply to packages above this sizing*
We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of purchase. Purchases made on public holidays and weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from W-Active Wear. Therefore, if you change your mind or have the wrong size you are welcome to send the item back to us. The original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost to return the item is at your own expense.
RETURN PROCESS FOR CARD PAYMENTS
If you have purchased your item using a credit or debit card we will be happy to offer you a store credit so that you may be able to pick something more suitable.
PROCEDURE
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your item. All returns will be automatically processed for store credit.
You must have an account with us in order for the store credit to be issued.
All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
If a return is sent outside the 14-day timeframe, we will use our discretion as to whether to process the store credit.
If the tracking of your return shows it has been delivered to our warehouse, and you have yet to see your store credit after 7 business days, please contact our customer service.
RETURNS PROCESS FOR FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you are looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team, we will be more than happy to resolve this for you.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Returns must be received in their original condition as defined below:
All footwear must include the original shoebox.
Items received that are not in their original condition will be automatically returned to sender. In the event a return is rejected; the decision is final and not negotiable.

RETURN TRACKING
We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for all returns.
In the event that your parcel is lost, and doesn’t have tracking, we are limited in what we can do to compensate you.
