Quick and Healthy Beef Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS 

2 Tablespoons olive oil

500g Beef sirloin, cut into 2cm strips 

1 and 1/2 cups fresh broccoli

1 Red capsicum, sliced

2 Carrots , thinly sliced

1 Zucchini sliced

1 Brown onion , chopped

1 Teaspoon minced garlic

2 Tablespoons soy sauce 

2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

 

METHOD

Heat olive oil in a large wok or fry pan over a medium heat, add beef and cook until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

Add broccoli, capsicum, carrots, zucchini onion and garlic into pan. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 minutes . Add beef back to pan.

Stir beef into vegetables and add soy sauce and sesame seeds. Cook and stir until vegetables are tender.
