Healthy Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons cacao powder 

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/4 teaspoon cardamon 

1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

500ml milk of choice 

 

 

METHOD

Mix the cacao powder and spices together into a mug or cup. Once combined, share the mix between 2 mugs.

Heat the milk of your choice in a small pot or microwave. 

Add a little milk to each cup and mix to dissolve the cacao and spices. Top with the rest of the milk and enjoy. 

May add sweetener of choice (optional).
