A healthy Easter Egg alternative to prevent the sugar laden kind.
1 Cup melted cacao butter
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup rice malt syrup or honey
In a medium sized bowl, heat the cacao butter, coconut oil and rice malt syrup/honey over a boiling pot. Stir until completely melted together.
Remove from heat and stir through cacao powder ensuring there are no lumps.
Spoon chocolate mix into easter moulds of your choice. Place into freezer to set
You can add in any additional fillings that you like to flavour your easter eggs to your chocolate mix before freezing
Coconut flakes, dried cranberries , roasted almonds , sultanas , natural peanut butter, trial mix
