INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons almond flour
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/8 tablespoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons of grated carrot
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon almond milk
METHOD
Grease a large mug and combine all ingredients. Cook in microwave for 2-4 minutes. And serve
